History:

Sidney's parents are well off, her father is a doctor and her mother a chef. However, her grandparents didn't have it good due to them being foreigners from Asia and being relatively poor. She had always loved cooking and wanted to be a chef like her mother. During her teen years, she took up a job as a fast food fry cook but hated it due to the poor food quality. She went to culinary school seemingly right after she got out of school and became a line cook soon after at a 2-star restaurant. She was soon was promoted to a sous chef and was relocated to a 4-star restaurant. However, during her first days as a line cook, Sidney got horrifically scarred from an accident on the job; she slipped on water and got burned by a boiling pot of water made for pasta. Despite being badly burned, she was devoted to her job and went right back to work after a speedy recovery. She got a sleeve tattoo to cover her burns. 

Currently, she lives in a decently sized apartment with her blue iguana, Ozzy. She got promoted to a sous chef and currently works as one.
