ANCIENT LEECH
Chastice is the name of an ancient demon sword who gains power through blood, and whom currently works with Prince Duffy under his alias of Pinocchio II. Throughout history, Chastice has made hundreds of contracts with wielders like him that feed her blood by whatever means necessary, in exchange for some of her hoarded power. The two of them work together to secure their next blood feast, usually resorting to murderous bloodshed.
Technically, Chastice can feed on living targets, animals, butcher's blood, and the like, but she's very persuasive about her preference for human blood, along with eliminating any possible living witnesses.
Facts
- That sexy woman thing is her FINAL FORM which you will not see until late in the story. I was going to make it not sexy or humanoid but I failed. I'm really sorry. she has badonkadonks.
- Some of her lesser powers include invisibility and telecommunication, so she can be visible/audible to only her wielder

Backstory
The duo between Chastice and wielder could be described as symbiotic or parasitic, depending on how you look at it. It's unknown for how long Chastice has been around, but the notoriety of her recent wielders has brought her into the public conscience. Most of her previous wielders had short-lived stints and were ultimately unsuccessful.
Prior to teaming up with Prince Duffy, Chastice was locked away in the royal vault at the castle where Duffy resided. She'd been sealed there for the past decade after Pinocchio I targeted the royal family and took the Queen's life, though this history is unknown to Duffy.
Introduction

Prince Duffy / Pinocchio II
[ partner in crime ] Chastice sees Duffy as an interesting wielder thanks to his royal lineage. She insults him frequently for his lack of real-world skills, though.
Glail
[ mortal enemy ] Chastice is familiar with Glail from her days as the first Pinocchio's sword and holds her power in high regard, but working with Duffy makes Glail their adversary, end of. She's simply more interested in working with Duffy, and that vampire bitch can't respect that she's second place.
Morgan
[ enemy ] Morgan is clearly important to Duffy, but Chastice is apprehensive about letting a friendship or otherwise distract Duffy from their goals as wielder and sword. The more she learns about Morgan's personal criticisms of his father, Pinocchio I, the less eager she is to let Duffy near him. She'll play nice for now, though.
Rivet
[ ally ] Rivet's a little green around the gills, so Chastice enjoys her presence. Unlike Glail, Rivet isn't an imposing vampire hellbent on stealing Chastice or revealing Pinocchio II's identity, so Chastice can reveal herself around Rivet, which is nice.
Ilessa
[ ally ] Ilessa definitely has her own baggage, what with letting Duffy escape the castle, but as long as it aides Chastice, she's not really concerned with the logistics. If the old woman wants to help her out, then by all means, she should make herself feel at home.
Pinocchio I
[ previous wielder ] To Chastice, Pinocchio I exemplified almost everything a wielder should be. ALMOST. She's working on getting Duffy to fulfill the role he fell short of.
