Dahana $400 OBO *lots of art*

Personality description:
Dahana is quiet, shy, sweet, and a bit mysterious and reclusive. She's nurturing and loves nature, flowers, sunsets, and wishes she could fly... but her fragile moth wings could never lift her even an inch off the ground. Like any good werewolf, she has a monstrous side. But unlike most werewolves, she has more control over her transformation. She also typically transforms from feral to anthro rather than human to anthro. She does have a human form; her main/"default" form, in fact, but this is rarely seen as she prefers to be feral and wild, and her human side makes her feel too vulnerable.

When transforming, she is more feral, muscular, and not nearly as cuddly/fluffy. In this form, she resembles the style of werewolf from Ginger Snaps; all wrinkly and terrifying, with her wings still being present but only the veins with a thinner, more transparent skin over them, life fly wings. The fuzzy moth scales all worn off. Her flesh is grayish-black and orange with very thin patches of long, oily, stringy hair around her head and down her belly. Her brighter colors are more toned down, and her antennae are just long, thin tendrils which flow back along her sides. (I'm working on a decent example of this)

She's very sensitive and self-conscious about her wings, which don't lie down fully against her back and often get in the way of things. Her clumsiness doesn't help this much. :P She lives in a hollowed-out strangler fig tree, the middle being just large enough for a den. Many moths also make this place their home, as Dahana keeps jars of fireflies inside which attract them.

Physical description:
Dahana is part wolf, part dahana atripennis. Her body is a dark, purpley-black with dark, faded purple markings and hints of bright orange and dark pink. Her forewings are brown-black with her hindwings being mostly super rich, dark blue, and flecks of creamy white on the edges. Her flesh/pawpads and mouth are orange/white-dappled, which also shows through her fur on her belly, chest, and sometimes other areas. Moth antennae are long and slender, being a bit more fluffy at the base and tapering to a point. Thick, weighted, curvy figure. Relatively small/short, her werewolf form being much larger. She transforms via chrysalis, shedding her fur and absorbing her wings for nutrients to create extra bone and muscle, a process taking hours... though a surprisingly easy and quick transformation compared to her shift back to normal, which can take up to 6 days of undisturbed, confined sleep inside her old shell. She wakes, filling only about half the exuvium once she's back to normal. Her wings take a few hours to fill with blood and become straight and soft again. After her transformation in or out of her werewolf form, she is exhausted and starving, feeding mostly on woodland animals, but sometimes on spanish moss (as her mothy side craves it), which she also uses to build her bedding.

*Note: I am somewhat considering taking offers on this character, but they would have to be quite appealing.
