brother of Peter

parent murdered and kidnapped by a woman at 5, brother 6---house in woods. kept inside for the most part or tied with leashes. as the years went on their kidnapper became more abusive. as peter began to reach puberty, the kidnapper began to molest him. peter knew he had ro protect his brother and began to feverishly create a plan. eventually peter was able to create a diversion and neeco escaped.. neeco was always worried of his brother and felt immense guilt.. he continued onward though, fending for himself as he trudged through the forest. neeco felt afraid and distrustful of other people. upon encountering camping people he was cautious and watched them from afar before approaching. they cared for him and brought him to police asap. they searched the houses in the woods but the house was vacated. neeco remained seperated for 2-3 years before peter escaped/was found and reunited with him
