Jingyu and Bishop have essentially known each other forever. The two are almost never apart: they've been like this since they werre kids. Jingyu has a couple of chronic conditions and gets sick pretty often. Bishop takes care of him as well as their pokemon. Because of Jingyu's health the pair have had to take many things slow. But they are still content with how their lives are going even if it started late and moving slow.
They both have somewhat varried teams and will do double battles when challenged. They often rescue pokemon and help them heal and take care of them. Because Jingyu understands how the pokemon feel and vice versa they often get along the best. Bishop is really only willing to leave Jingyu at home if some of the pokemon can keep an eye on him.
