Lian is incredibly determined in her work and takes her job very seriously. Although she is extremely capable, her intensity has caused others to back away from her. As a result, she struggles with interactions and will feel down if she can't get her point across or when she feels misunderstood. However, once she started working with Xiuying, she seemed to mellow a little bit, especially because she was extremely satisfied with the results produced.
She is described as earnest, resolute, and strict.
- Her flower representation is the white lotus.
- Her plant variety is purebred.

- If she could, she'd always be working. But her head would definitely never let that happen, no matter what.
- The white lotus in her hair and the one tied around the end of her tail, as well as the dripping effect, are required as it's a species trait.

- Do not draw her crying unless asked to. Her tears are tan colored.
Lian admires her head Xiuying for the feats she accomplishes and her brilliant mind. However, the one thing that always irks her is her head's mischevious nature. When not much work is done, Lian will easily get upset and yell at Xiuying to do her job properly. However, this usually just causes the other to laugh and continue on her merry way. Lian can only follow after her at that point.
