Charlotte

Charlotte was made with the soul of Horatio's sister Lizzie, who died under circumstances to be determined. Horatio was still working out the kinks he'd discovered while creating Agnes, who basically had amnesia and a completely different personality, but overcorrected and essentially rebooted her somehow. I think she might gain Lizzie's memories in addition to her own as she ages, which is incredibly trippy for her if true.
