Dulciel is an Angel,a being given life by the colective unconscious thanks to the copious amounts of magic on the planet,whose power could easily reshape the entire world in mere seconds,she would not know this,or the fact that she is so powerful that the very laws of reality bend to her every whim,cause she is kind of a dumb couch potato

You see,Dulciel represents the mere idea of sweetness,of good things happening to people,of being kind to others, and generally just being a good person,because of this,she is one of the strongest angels ever created,but it also means she is incredibly gullible,she would believe anything you told her cause the mere idea of lying is completely anathema to her,so when the other angels told her to go to earth and act as  just a simple layabout living in an aparment complex,she agreed wholeheartedly,mainly cause the idea of doing nothing but play videogames and eat candies atracted her,but in reality it was so her power was only limited to the city she lives in

Dulciel's power is practically endless,and she sometimes will unconsiously change reality when something annoys her in any small way,she will also "bless" anyone who does anything kind to her,even something as small as saying thanks to her would result on a "blessing" that could drastically change a person's life for the better,she will also offer this blessings for sweets
