The most famous folk hero of Cadava, who freed the Northtip Fort from the clutches of the behemoth Fiora. This fort, guided by Circia in the coming years, would come to be known as Cirshiva - Circia's Port - and grow into Cadava's most influential port and single largest settlement. The people of Cirshiva see her as their hero and protector, and comfort themselves through the long winter by telling tall tales of her deeds.
Circia herself certainly lives up to the painted pictures - erratic, energetic, and impulsive, her interests rule her in any given second. She bounds from problem to problem, fixing them in a matter of weeks before finding himself entranced by some other "unfixable" issue. Her endless energy and knack for creativity means that her unorthodox solutions can seemingly always be put into motion.
