Shadin and Dreamer are two unrelated Eeveelutions that share a rather unique connection. Born far from one another, they have always had a bond that they shared, as if they were twins. This bond is so strong that the two would even find themselves waking up as the other from time to time.

Shadin was an Eevee that was expected to evolve into an Umbreon. It was what his parents most wanted for him. However, his trainer, and himself, had different ideas on that. The moment they found a waterstone, he took it and evolved into a Vaporeon. His love for water, which he had as an Eevee, only grew and it wasn't long after evolving that him and his trainer parted ways and he was released back into the wild, where he made his way to find this "brother" of his that he had seen glimpses of over the years.

Dreamer was an Eevee that had always had a strong draw to his psychic powers. He could pick up the feelings of those around him, and would get glimpses into the mind of someone far away from himself. It had always confused him when he would find himself in a similar, yet somehow different, body from time to time. And this only got more confusing when the other pokémon turned into a Vaporeon while Dreamer was still an Eevee. After years of their strange connection, the two finally met, and the brothers were able to look at each other in person. Finding their unrelated twin was the spark of pure joy that Dreamer needed in order to evolve, turning into a stunning Espeon.

Now, the two are almost always together, getting into trouble or out of it. Even when they are apart, they are together. They have their own preferences in things, but share just about everything between them.

Shadin is the more playful of the two. He'd rather be playing in some water or coming up with a new game to enjoy.
Dreamer is the more grounded of the two. He'll join in the games or whatever shenanigans that Shadin comes up with, but he almost always has plans for how to make things right when they inevitably go wrong.
