Dhal is an anthropomorphic antelope and squirrel hybrid. His body is mostly human-like, with a lean shape, human-like muscles, thin and long legs. He has the head of an antelope (specifically a blackbuck) with a short, thick horse-like mane growing between a pair of craved horns, and long bovine-like ears that are usually held low. His pupils are purplish-red and can be drawn either round, or goat-like. The sclera can be white or yellowish-orange. His hands are mostly human-like, and they can be drawn with human nails, with a little hoof at the end of each finger, or with nothing at all. He walks with an ungulate stance, with a pair of cloven hooves, and two little hoof-claws on the behind of each leg. The bottom part of the leg is covered in light feathering. His fur can be thin and silky like a horse, or thicker and softer like a squirrel. He has the fluffy tail of a giant indian squirrel with a wavy shape but it does not curl like a red squirrel tail. His fur can be blue and reddish-purple, or a warm dark brown, both options with light cream markings. He usually wears a red cord necklace an bracelet (not mandatory). He usually shows the tattoo प्यार on his side (not mandatory neither).
