An adopt I made long ago that never sold, so I'm keeping them. I've made some minor alterations to the original design.
In my little scifi future, changing one's physiology is a common thing. I mean, major alterations require a lot of extra money and research, but something as trivial as sex? Pffft.
Pronouns. They are gender fluid and like it when people acknowledge what physical gender they are at the time, other than that they don't really care. When not present, friends tend to default to "they."
