About...
Tine's wife, an unsettling and quiet man whose past, goals, desires, and feelings are obscured to the residents of the Everspring Palace. One day, Tine was courting other nations' princes and princesses, and the next, he arrived to his throne with Ionsyl on his arm. When pressed, the most Ionsyl offers is that he's fulfilling the terms of a contract - though what, exactly, is anyone's guess.
Ionsyl's Flame is uniquely powerful, in that it allows for the bearing of Flamed children without shearing the parents' Flames. Tine has a keen interest in this power, attempting to pass on his own invulnerability Flame to ensure Passane's eventual dominion over Bivve. Ionsyl doesn't seem to mind Tine's clearly-violent goals, and goes along passively with his wishes.
He's often found in the capital's markets and streets, having somehow deftly dodged the bodyguards assigned to watch over him.
Personality...
Silent and unnerving. Prefers staring to speaking. His presence in a room is always uncomfortable, as the feeling of his stare boring into the back of people's head is constant. Despite a demeanor of emotionlessness, when he does emote, it's always inappropriately extreme - and usually a torrent of tears over a dead plant or a mousetrap.
Doesn't say much, and when he does talk, doesn't care for social norms.

Flame: Curved Midnight Flame, Harbinger of Repeating / Arched Ultramarine Flame, Harbinger of Again = Dominion of Repetition
Ionsyl's Flame lets him bear Flamed children without shearing either of the parents' Flames. The children may have a mixture of the parents' Flames, a "reinterpreted" or lesser version of those Flames, or a direct copy. The process is random with no way to control it.

The ability to unnerve everyone in a room with him in two minutes.
