One of the forest hermits, he mostly makes moonshine and consumes it.
No one knows his name, and he wont tell anyone, but he will trade you some of his fine shine for tasty treats from the city. If you can be trusted not to rat out his little distillery that is.
Snacks lives on the strip, entering the deeps for moonshining. No one's going in there after him to find it, he figures.
According to him, the more you drink the less the forest affects you. Then again, Snacks also claims it cures arthritis and will let you speak to aliens, so who knows.
