William

Meet William! He lives in my anthro universe, but doesn’t have a specific story quite yet. They’re in their last year of high school. William is into what we’d call “vulture culture”, and collects skeletons or bones. In this universe, actual animals exist alongside anthros, so he’s not grave robbing or anything lol. Despite what some might think, they’re very kind-hearted and emotional, and they are quite fond of poetry. He believes that beauty can be found even at the end of life, and that even empty skeletons deserve to feel love. 

William is based on the song “Memento Mori” by Will Wood, hence the name. He was originally going to be an adopt but I got too attached, as I often do. I decided on the species and aesthetic with the help of a random generator, and the rest fell into place. I think that my favourite things about them are his hair and their t-shirt. Honestly I wish I owned one like that in real life!
