A relatively-small behemoth, Doppia was mutated from an aquatic mammal and swam up onto the island during a cycle. Scrounging around for a few more cycles, he fed off of gemstone deposits in the island's mines, granting him more sentience, before being caught by Igneous and turned over to the Agency. Quinten was unwilling to sentence a sentient to death despite Doppia's lack of meaningful talent and sneaky way of arriving on Evenne, and instead turned him over to Uzerin to give Doppia help adjusting to society. After holding a few jobs mostly around guarding or police work, Doppia's been unemployed for a few cycles and coasting by.
He became close friends with Nreme after arriving to the island, and Nreme is the only one allowed to use Doppia as a mount. He finds it demeaning otherwise, but doesn't mind pulling cargo.
