Son of the governor of Ledrakile, and eternal disappointment to his father because he's a bitch-ass nerd with no backbone or ambition. Actually that wouldn't be so bad if he could at least fall to the pressure of fulfilling familial expectations but nooooooo...
His most major fuck-you to his dad was getting into a relationship with the Dragon-child, whom happened to be the product of his dad getting cucked by a lizard 20 years ago.
And that was fun for a while!! His dad was really pissed. His lover's family was also pretty pissed. Tobi was LOVIN IT. Until Tevy convinced their families to put their differences aside for the sake of true love & their childrens' happiness or whatever the fuck and it lost its appeal to Tobias soon after.
Tevy takes it hard & disappears but Tobi is too busy trying to fuck his dad's colleagues now to care. He gets involved with the vampire Alyss, whom it turns out was also just using him to get to his dad, albeit in a different way. He gets out of that relationship a lil too late to save himself from becoming a vampire himself(which immortality isn't so bad, it's just the permanent connection to Alyss he doesn't like cuzz this fuckboy is so afraid of commitment).
Currently he's managing a library Alyss owns in Belvite, because she needed a replacement & it's not like he's physically able to say no to her. Also by some terrible coincidence he runs into Tevyn again and they convince him to let them move in with him(their reasoning isn't the best and they're clearly still in love with him but also? Tobi's a lil bitch).
Occasionally goes out & gets wasted & drags another unsuspecting person into the Drama Cycle™.
Personality & Outlook
Fickle & Selfish. Will bail on absolutely anything he's not forced to keep putting up with. Wishes real life was more like fiction & tends to romanticise things until they don't live up to his expectations, then lose interest. At least dealing with the aftermath of everything he fucks up is exciting in its own way for this drama-hungry jackass.
Hates to be bored, always craving new things to try. The only long-term interest he's kept in anything has been outer space, probably because he doesn't have the means to actually go experience it.
He'll feel bad about it but he's not opposed to using & manipulating people for his own gain.

Celestial Attunement
In his opinion, the only boon to his vampirism. Awareness of the positioning of the moon & other celestial bodies at any given time, even without access to the sky. Always knows exactly what time it is.
Librarian
Manages a fairly old & expansive library, has access to all of the knowledge it contains (even the SECRET FORBIDDEN BOOKS that CoL doesn't want you to know about). Passing acquaintanceship with all of the nerds & magey scholars in town.

Tevyn [housemate]
An ex that guilted their way back into living with him. He knows it's a mistake but he's also just, so lonely. And he does love Tevyn as a friend still so it's not THAT bad, right? It's also nice to have someone around who will love him no matter what.
Alyss [ex/employer/sire]
He tries to stay far away from her, mostly because of her power over him allows her to force him to do whatever she commands, but also because wow she's into some way more fucked up shit than he was prepared to deal with. She doesn't seem particularly interested in denying him this avoidance, but she does call on him for a favor every once in a while.
Buddy [ugh not this guy again]
A constant antagonist who keeps breaking into his house and seems weirdly-invested in Tobi taking Tevyn back for someone who's clearly in love with Tevyn.
Ezekiel [almost-father-in-law]
Tev's dad, who hates him very much for 'ruining his child'. But he hasn't eaten Tobi yet so that's a good sign right?

Has never been a good relationship & they haven't talked in years. Neither one particularly regrets this.

Q: Is there any particular reason why Honey and Alcohol is part of his only digestsbles?
A: (OOC) I let him have honey & alcohol(as in just, straight Ethanol) because neither substance requires digestion!! They don't need to be broken down any more and can just be absorbed into the bloodstream as is!! There might be more foods like this but,, I'm not aware of them lmao. He can also have water but like, do you really think this fuckboy drinks water.
