Zephyr is a short-tempered, perpetually angry and consistently violent woman who is under the impression the world is out to get her. And given her life so far, she'd be justified in thinking that. She's quick to get defensive as her #1 goal is to protect herself. She doesn't trust others easily, and keeps to herself because she's the only one she knows she can count on to get things done. 

Zephyr was stolen from the hospital she was born in and was raised as a mercenary by a doomsday cult. She grew up tough, mean, and dangerous - she learned early that she had to watch her back. She would often be blindfolded and dropped off in a remote location with the task of not only surviving, but finding her way home again. Through sheer luck, she crossed paths with her long lost twin sister. She can't help but resent her for the comfortable life she got to lead.
