The Magician of November / The Dimension Magician
The Magician of Parilyne's home world, Genovieve is meant to delete Parilyne because of her singularity status. Nova is the one meddling in Genovieve's universe, which forces her to hunt down him and Parilyne.
A fairly small girl with a serious face and presence, Genovieve competently leads her Peacemakers. She insists that Nova's optimism that he can challenge fate and get away with it is foolish. There's a reason why she's so convinced he's wrong...
Tactics and Abilities
A mid-range fighter with excellent aim, Genovieve uses her dimension-jumping abilities to quickly dark around the battlefield and clear targets with efficiency. Her gun is modeled after the real life Peacemaker.
- Dimension Breach: Enables transfer and meetings of people from different parallel universes without causing distortions. This effect is only temporary.
- Red Ribbon of Fate: Using the red ribbon on her neck, she's able to find people's soulmates even across parallel universes. Any single person often has a near infinite amount of soulmates.

Enemy / Another Universe's November Magician
Enemies, as Nova is trying to protect Genovieve from killing Parilyne. Genovieve seems somewhat pained when looking at Nova, as if she already knows him.
Crusader
Ally / Subordinate
After a certain tragedy, Crusader was the only Peacemaker left in Genovieve's world. The two worked together to rebuild the organization, and have an understanding bond.
Nieffel
Ally / Subordinate
Nieffel often teases Genovieve and has a nonchalant attitude towards her, but respects her as his leader. She in return appreciates all he does, and gives him the freedom that he wants.
