Physical Appearance

• Long white hair usually tied back in a high ponytail that trails past his hips
• Left eye is dark grey with slitted pupil
• Right eye is black and white with an irregularly patterned sclera
• Black skin with areas of white in various locations (see refs for specifics)
• Tattoos on face branding him as a deadly threat in Anadican (self imposed)
• Tall in height
• Very slender/rather lanky build with a delicate frame
• 7 piercings per ear; 4 upper, 3 lower

Clothing Style

Nuke always wears clothing that covers all his skin save for his face to avoid accidental fatal contact with others. He tends to wear all black with some red or gold accents. He doesn't wear much jewelry other than his earrings, but what he does wear is usually gold or sometimes silver. He tends to wear a layer of bandages over his skin and under his clothing as an extra precaution. He usually wears plain Anadican style robes with simple sashes as belts with some across his chest and shoulders. He also almost exclusively wears knee-length boots as footwear. He often wears black gloves, although sometimes he simply has bandages over his hands, and usually while traveling he wears a long black hat with a light-weight magic stone attached near the end. He has charged the stone with some of his energy, and when he focuses his rifting it can temporarily stun or paralyze people when they touch it. The ribbon he uses to tie his hair up is red and trails past shoulder level.

Personality

Nuke is a quiet and rather melancholy young man who has a good heart but tends to distance himself from others. He has an unstable power within him that causes any living thing that touches him to be destroyed in some manner, so he avoids physical contact at all costs. He lives in constant paranoia that he will hurt or kill someone with his deadly touch (which has happened before and deeply traumatized him), and this coupled with his pacifistic nature and deep value of life has lead him to becoming self depreciating and disdainful toward his own existence. He dislikes crowded places due to the increased risk of physical contact, and he prefers to remain out of the spotlight. Although seemingly depressed with his state in life, he does not lack motivation to pursue his goals and aid others. He seeks to aid others and serve Lord Dalia's will as best he can, although he rarely allows himself to bond with others too deeply. Even with those closest to him, he tends to distance himself from them out of fear of hurting them. This does not mean that he does not value and treasure anyone whom he mutually trusts.

Interactions with Nuke will make clear that he is very passive and usually a wishy-washy pushover. He doesn't like to inconvenience other people and is non-confrontational, and he has trouble saying no to others if he feels he can help them. He can be adamant about certain issues and values though, especially the topic of others getting close to him. Due to his issues with self worth, he is willing to put himself at any risk to protect others, and he does not fear injury or death in the slightest despite finding no enjoyment from it. Those lucky enough to know Nuke on a personal level will notice he will become more relaxed when speaking to them, and although he maintains his respectful, cordial, and soft-spoken tone, he is capable of being more frank and less passive. Although very patient, he is capable of losing his temper, but unlike with strangers whom he'd exit the situation from, with his close friends he may end up snapping at them (which still isn't that much, since his "raised-voice" is still only slightly above normal speaking volumes). He usually immediately corrects himself and apologizes though, although he's slowly become more accustomed to his friends who don't expect him to apologize for something as simple as that. He can come off as a little simple and old fashioned with his habits and mannerisms, but he's willing to at least meet his friends halfway in trying something new if it means a lot to them or if it is of vital importance.

Nuke's relationship with Reaf is a touch complicated, or it is at least to him. The two started out as being simply allies/contacts while Reaf was seeking others to form alliances with for her future campaign in Skacastavelle. Over the years, the two have become rather close friends who value each other greatly, although it's not that obvious from their typical interactions with each other. Nuke always maintains a respectful and professional demeanor around Reaf, and Reaf is just as curt and cold in her manner of speech as she is with anyone she speaks with. When in times of stress though, it is clear that the two are very protective of each other. Nuke has harbored affection for Reaf for some time now, yet he doesn't believe she feels the same since she normally finds such emotions to be pointless and distracting. He keeps his feelings to himself for this reason and also because he feels even if she did reciprocate, he would never be able to give her the intimacy she deserves since he cannot touch her. Nuke fears hurting or killing Reaf from his touch more than anything, and Reaf often frightens him due to her total lack of fear of his deadly touch (she tends to offer hands to him to help him up or the like, but Nuke always awkwardly refuses).

• Lacks confidence or trust in his own abilities and always seems to be on edge when around other people
• Extremely anxious in crowded places or when people get too close, and he can emotionally break down if he ever ends up harming anyone
• Physically delicate, easy to injure, and sensitive to almost everything

Backstory

Nuke and his oldest brother, Idramae, were the only 2 of 12 siblings that inherited Lady Amradelta's power from her bloodline. Idramae had to take care of all his siblings after the death of their parents until he went on the run from Shana's forces. Their family fell into disarray, and Nuke received no training when his abilities finally started growing. His abilities never affected his family or other Anadicans, so he was able to practice without any knowledge of how dangerous his powers could be unchecked. He grew rather skilled with protective force fields, but he was always frightened to use his magic since it would draw from his own strength and weaken him after use.

Several years later, he decided to leave his home world in search of Idramae. The true gravity of his powers finally hit him after encountering a particularly rowdy thug while in Daliarivon, and the man immediately started to disintegrate upon touching Nuke. He also unintentionally killed a friend of the thug who retaliated in the same way before his fear overtook him and his powers reacted accordingly, creating a huge energy field around him that instantly destroyed every living creature around him. Traumatized from the ordeal and terrified of hurting anyone else, Nuke fled back to his home world and went into relative isolation for a long period of time to attempt to get a hold of his powers. Although he was still capable of interacting with other Anadicans safely as he did before, he noticed when under stress his powers would kill plant life or insects around him, which made it clear that he was too dangerous to be allowed to roam freely until he could control his destructive abilities.

Years later, Nuke cautiously ventured out into the world again in another attempt to locate his lost brother. He covers as much of his skin as he can to avoid accidental contact with others, and he goes about life warily while searching for clues to Idramae's whereabouts. He tends to frequent Emdrica where De Jack Zilvas provides him information and potential leads, and it was here that he unexpectedly became allies with Reaf Etika.
