The Magician of October / The Sacred Magician

The only Magician who's never seen the light of day, eternally trapped in the center of the October world. Octavia is bound in place by her hair which extends into the earth, preventing her from even moving freely. Cursing Clavie and the universe for making her existence as such, Julius is the only person keeping her from falling into despair.

Initially selfish and spoiled, she changed greatly after a certain incident in her past. She's also the only complete Magician with full power, thus the Man in the Moon (the mechanism that governs the universe) sees her as a threat, and binds and tries to kill her.

The October world is perpetually locked into sunset. But when the night falls and the new sun rises, Octavia's death will come. Using his time powers, Julius is preserving Octavia and the sunset, but...
