Shrouded in mystery, Dahlia covets nothing more than "perfect" magic, it's meaning known only to her. As the saying goes, she has a foot in every camp, never quite committing to one group or cause. Lured in by the tempting aura that seems to perpetually exist around her, those that get too close are often never seen again. Occassionally proving helpful, Dahlia is most known for her exotic poisons and illusion magic which affects the minds of Ancients and Humans greatly. Those that seek her out for cures to diseases or curses never before seen, will often find she is the source of the them to begin with. It's all fun and games of course, until someone truly offends and upsets her.

A one woman storm, Dahlia is capable of great good as well as great evil. It does not matter to her which "side" you are on, in the end you will be charmed or cursed with the rest of them. Her indifference towards loyalty and perspective means she cares about little else than herself and those things she deems precious to her. Usually flippant about most issues or topics of conversation, it is hard to get her to speak candidly or truthfully about anything without a large amount of coercion or trickery. And to trick the master of tricks is a feat in itself.
Background
Born to the Shaded Woods, Dahlia grew up in the shadow of The Radiant Empire and it's greatness. Always perturbed and angry at it's shallow beauty, she spent decades of her life dedicated to tearing it down, only for it to tear itself down without any of her help. Defeated in her lifes one goal, she instead turned to invasive and subtle magicks, that would allow her to protect and nurture the little grove she lived in. For ages she lived in solitude, perfecting the magicks she used and living contendedly in her quiet. It was destroyed however when a particular Ancient disrupted her peace and nearly destroyed all of her home. Angry, she challenged him and lost horrible, never before seeing magick used in the way he weilded it. Pushed back, Dahlia spends her waking moments on revenge.

Dahlia unleashes a thick smog that charms those within, lowering their ability to counter and attack.

Each stab, scratch, or bite will induce a poison that cannot be purged easily.

A brilliant flash of light, and all the weapons are removed from their owners hands. How did that happen?

In a grand show, Dahlia purges the area dealing massive damage and lays a lingering poison upon the ground.

Dahlia is proficient with the art of witchcraft, utilizing magicks and spells to conjure, charm, and poison her enemies and alies alike. Preferring solitude over the bustle and chaos of living in the Empire, she resides in the Shaded Woods where few dare travel. The guardian of her own home, Dahlia protects her grove viciously and those who trespass unannounced are rarely seen from again. Those who are, are never quite the same...
Trivia
- Unlike many Dragon/Ancient Hybrids, Dahlia is capable of great dexterity while in her Dragon form.
- Contrary to her name, Dahlia does not enjoy the flower of the same namesake, largely due to it's lack of magickal potential.
- Dahlia's greatest fault is her hesitance into action, focusing too heavily on perfection rather than advancing.
