The following rules below are for all of my characters, including my designs, art, etc.

• Please do NOT offer or ask if anyone is for trade/sale unless specified in the character profile!!  I have the majority of the characters forever homed and they will NOT be traded or sold!

• Do not make rude comments anywhere on the characters or artwork.  Any harassment or unnecessary comments will be reported and/or removed.  Please move along if you do not like the characters, artist, or artwork.  I will allow ADVICE and CRITIQUE comments as they can be helpful tips for not only myself but others who look through as well!

• Do NOT advertise your sales or posts on this TH!

• Any attempts in scamming WILL not be allowed as well!  This will result in an automatic BAN!

ARTWORK:

• Please do NOT steal, trace, highly reference, copy my designs/artwork!  Inspiration is perfectly fine, but please refrain from too much referencing of my pieces.  If anyone is found out to claim any of my designs/artwork as theirs or traced my artwork will receive a dm from me as a warning, if failed to comply will result in a permanent ban, blacklist, & beware as I do not tolerate any of this!
• Every character will have a base value (BV) as well as a "Worth Tracker" that will track ALL of the values from artwork, sales, trades, etc.  Gift artwork and contest entries will NOT have value to them as they are technically free.  Any personal artwork from me WILL have value, if it has another character owned by someone else in it, the value of that art piece is zero as it counts as a gift to them.

• Any designs made by me may be traded or sold by their value.  Freebies will NOT be sold unless they have paid or personally valued artwork!  Please do not redesign any of my designs unless I said so if ASKED.  Closed Species designs MUST still follow the species rules if my designs have been a part of it.

Co-Ownership:

• If a co-owner paid or made a piece of artwork, the value of that piece WILL count towards THEIR SIDE value as well as the TOTAL value!  Collab personal pieces by one or more co-owners of the same character will have a fair value split into their sides if discussed between them.  Gift artwork MUST have zero value!  Co-ownership traded for a higher value character does NOT increase said side value, it's an unfair way to value the character properly and can lead to misunderstanding of the full value.  Extra money paid for the side CAN add value to that side, but please do NOT overprice the co-ownership side as it could affect the rest of the character's value!

• Communication is KEY: I MUST be updated for any new artwork and values as I keep track of everything the best I can!  I provide a "Worth Tracker" for each character that'll have more info on who paid for what piece and/or received that piece.  Traded/Sales are ALSO tracked in there to avoid any possible confusion on updated values (IF sold higher).
