About...
The protector of Indiga, with his hands buried up to the wrists in the residents' business. As one of Callawen's smaller communities, Ophi fills in where the low population cannot fill - performing various civil duties (i.e. trash collection) and doing assorted chores for the infirm or elderly. Though the Celfoss are traditionally not active participants in their cities, Ophi's historical presence has grandfathered him in.
Its status as the genuine home of one of the Celfoss occasionally attracts visitors from other cities and tourists from off Callawen, though Ophi is notoriously shy and often ducks out of interviews or meeting people. It even takes weeks before he starts assisting new residents, though he always does appear eventually.
When he's alone, Ophi enjoys feeding his flock of dragonids.
Personality...
Perpetual nervous-resting-face. Never quite seems to relax, but finds the anxiety motivating and likes feeling useful. Fraught with imposter syndrome, but trusts Feiwyrm's judgment too much to flake on him or bother him with his silly issues. Is irrationally angry if people woobify him, so he tends to avoid people who treat him too nicely. A bit paranoid of people's intentions.

Abilities...
Flames: Clawing Violet Flame, Dominion of the Sphere
Ophiuchus' Flame continually produces small bundles of condensed Magninium that "hatch" into reptiles, wyrms, and lizards. He can store these "eggs" for longer to create larger beasts, such as dragonids, or technically use them for other purposes such as filling gemstones or enchanting - but he feels uncomfortable doing so.
Powers...
Is a good mage and usually helps with wards and enchantments around Callawen. Animals in general like him.
