Traily

This is the first Pokemon OC I've designed, off the heels of getting tired of drawing MLP OCs.

She's a little creachure who is also an ice-type, caused from experimentation. 

Her backstory generally goes she was experimented on from a secret lab used for under-wraps pokemon experimentation. Only a select number of scientists are even allowed in after intense vetting, but one of them allowed Traily to escape, and as such she's been on the run for a good while. They want her alive, since documentation on her experimentation wasn't well kept, and they want to know how they were able to give her ice-type powers.
