Rao

Rao's primary vocation is making masks to sell at markets and bazaars, but in his spare time he enjoys teaching others to paint, as well as being a rogue graffiti artist.

Heis a mischief maker, and loves playing tricks on other nins, but only those he thinks need to lighten up. Much of Elnin society is too stuffy or serious for Rao, because of this he often likes taking in foster kittens to teach art since they haven't gotten too bogged down by the intricacies of Elnin society yet.

Relationships
	Kit - Foster Spunky kitten who would not stop pestering Rao to teach him art. Rao turned him away many times at first since Kit doesn't have a tail, and to Rao you need a tail to paint, but he eventually took a liking to Kit and is now mentoring him. Kit is all grown up now, but they still remain close and have become like father and son!
