Runs her own balloon stand in the middle of town and hands out balloons to everybody she encounters.

...But that isn't everything, the person who took her balloon is soon found dead (within a week or two of receiving it) in an open field with their legs broken and a string tied round their neck with the remains of the popped balloon at the end of it, nobody can prove or claim she had anything to do with it though...
