Lakshmi's Links
See, when Anna walked into an informal meeting with the co-organizer for the charity ball, she didn't expect leather and metal. Lakshmi took her by storm... and by motorcycle. The white-lace princess clashed with the biker businesswoman and they became great friends. Victorianna has tried to make sure her fondness doesn't rely on Lakshmi's resemblance to a certain woman... More than anything, she's someone that gives Anna the same feeling of safety she's been missing for a long while. For that, she's endlessly thankful.
That and how Lakshmi doesn't make fun of her for not knowing certain obvious normal-people things. What, she's never been on a subway! She's had a personal driver for as long as she remembers!
The way she was treated made my blood boil. If I ever see any of those degenerates near my establishment... well I'll need a few more layers of paint.
Phoebe was saved from her office abuse while at Lakshmi's high class resort after only being brought along to be forced to serve her bosses.
Business partner and a lovely friend. I try to build her up and offer my advice and insight, while keeping things in perspective. I sometimes worry that I'm perhaps a bit too sharp, but she seems to understand things well. I'm sure she's set for success in life.
Chris was intimidated by Lakshmi at first but she began to really appreciate both her advice and her friendship. She isn't be hurt by her sharp words, knowing that's just her, and she really admires her strength and self-assurance.
Former gang member- Not one of many words, or a lot of initiative, but he does well what he's told, and was undoubtedly a tough and contributing force in our little gang. Too bad things went south, though I'm completely unsurprised that he saw the dangers in escalating things and fled with us.
Former gang member- She was always so confident, and the first to openly put her foot down on the whole murder game........ literally... on the boss man's sternum. Had she decided to start up her own rival gang, there's no doubt I would have happily joined up.
