-do not resell the character for more than the original purchase price unless you have made or commissioned extra art of them. this does not apply to characters not obtained through sale.

-if you received the character as a freebie, do not resell or retrade the character without extra art (regifting is fine). raffle characters are not freebies and do not apply to this rule, even if it was a f2e raffle.

-do not remove credit to me. i also ask that you don't put your own custom toyhouse watermark over my art.

-nsfw art of my designs IS permitted, provided the character is over 18 and the art has the proper warnings. nsfw art of feral designs is not permitted unless the character has been made anthro or human in the art piece.

-please don't delete them off toyhouse or transfer them to users offsite.. it just makes it hard to track and odds are if i don't see a character in my design tab i'm going to assume they're ownerless and reclaim them myself to redesign/transfer or do whatever else i want lol. would rather this problem never arises. <- this also includes keeping me authed to see them if they ever go on auth-only, because this causes the same issue

my designs by default are regift, retrade, and resale permitted so let me know if the character has no transfer perms.^^

i won't take my designs back by force if you break rules, but you will get blocked LOL

i do not like making and using blacklists, but apparently i need to. the following person is not permitted to own my designs under any circumstances.
