Cielto
The world's shield, Cielto stands as the first line of defense against threats that would harm the planet. Despite taking his job very seriously, he's not impenetrable and constantly worries about the land and sea below him.

A bold, protective sage who works far too hard to protect a planet which sometimes spurns his hard work. Even so he's steadfast in his mission and will continue to stand at the ready until his own end.
Feelings Towards Humanity
To be frank, Cielto doesn't care about humanity. He cares about the humanity that Lanvi cherishes. Because of this he'll go to great lengths to protect the land and sea which humans dwell. Even the humans who take to the skies he'll do his best to guide safely back to the earth, however being stretched thin as he is, he makes no promises. Doubly so if they step around his protection and leave for space.
Relationships with the other Sages
Lanvi - When it comes down to it, Cielto works far too hard, especially for Lanvi's liking. It's pretty common for the land sage to try to get the Sky sage to take a break or relax, but he usually remains vigilant in his duties despite the mothering from Lanvi. It's not that he's ignoring her, but he's concerned what would happen to her if he did let his guard down.
Marovo - Even with Marovo's stern attitude, the sea sage seems awkward around their fellow sage, trying to end their conversations as quickly as possible. On the flip side Cielto does his best to stand up for and explain Marovo's actions, more so than any other sage.
Seres - Cielto tries to remain patient with Seres, ultimately though their conversations usually end with a "Hey I'm busy, another time." followed by a quick departure from the Sky Sage.
Luca - Birds and Insects were one thing; Cielto didn't mind them in his domain. Humans in flying machines were a different story and the sage is still wary about them leaving the earth. As they develop though he's calmed a bit and does his best to keep those who brave the skies and beyond safe, but he can't be everywhere at once.
Kitori - These two pretty much ignore each other. The last real conversation they had was when humans achieved machine-assisted flight, which Kitori asked Cielto's opinion of.
Sahji - Cielto is on-guard around Sahji, though unlike most of the other sages, Cielto will openly speak his mind regarding the wish sage's schemes and plans
How do they treat their muse:
Cielto normally wouldn't lend out his muse or services, but a way to convince him would be to drag the Land and Sea sages into your request in some way.
Heaven's Pierce
When people think of Cielto, they would assume the world's guardian would hold a shield or defensive item of some kind, however Cielto bears the lance that slices those who dare intrude from beyond the stars. The name bestowed on this legendary muse was not one honoring the protection Cielto provided for this planet, but for the dreams of those who looked up past the heavens. The muse itself is the embodiment of the blanket that protects the planet. Not only does the holder gain the power of flight, but they gain the authority of atmosphere; that is to say they would be able to not only traverse the depths of space but would be able to breathe in such a harsh environment.
The Sky Festival
The day to appreciate the majesty of the sky and the atmosphere that holds it in place. During this day most people spend outside and a common practice is to sleep under the stars that night. An old belief says that a land covered by clouds during the Sky Festival will have bad luck until the next Sky Festival. A more modern superstition is that if you travel by plane during this day, the Sky Sage himself with strike you down (despite his insistence that he won't).
