Dimons are technically genderless, but humans tend to project ‘male’ onto him

Like all demons, Eternitarion has dark grey skin, pointed ears, sharp fangs and clawed nails. His gemstone eyes are bright orange sapphire, the colour reflecting his main work with the human race and other wise or war-prone species. His short, curly hair is a distinct natural mix of red and yellow. Although he adjusts his clothes to suit fashions and time periods, he usually dresses in primarily orange garb to match his eyes. With no nipples, navel or genitalia of any kind, his torso is speckled with the same colour as his eyes, gem facets erratically poking through his skin of his chest and midriff.

Mischievous to the core, there’s nothing this demon loves more than wickedness… Or so it might seem to an outsider. In reality, Eternitarion simply works towards the progression of life in the universe, just like all demons. He certainly does enjoy mischief however, his main role on Earth involving setting challenges to see whether humanity will overcome them. In a universe of blue and orange morality, everything he does is strictly just and for the good of life on Earth - even if the humans don’t understand, or even know, what he does, and worship petty gods instead. He tries not to hold grudges, trying his best to 'live in the moment’, but doesn’t always succeed.

An omnipotent being, his powers are only restricted by the immovable laws governing their use for the progression of life. This does not always mean the improvement of life, or work to the advantage of humanity, but it always works to the advantage of the universe in the long run.

An immortal demon of an ancient religion (which these days has lost all meaning), Eternitarion once had a hand in the creation of the human race. He resents them slightly, due to their preference to worship the lesser gods which govern Earth instead of the more powerful demons that run the universe, but doesn’t blame them too much. After all, he views humans as he views all other Earth fauna: just another doomed species that will one day make room for a better, more adapted race. Once or twice he has decided to cause a little mayhem and gone down to Earth to interfere with things directly, but in general most of his contact with the human race is through his chosen Prophets. One of his most notable Prophets is Delirium, as well as a few other famous names from throughout the history of Hygron Pyr’s Earth (which is very different to the Earth we live in). It is rumoured that he will one day be a crucial part of humankind’s downfall, but he neither confirms nor denies this.

He doesn’t get on well with angels.
