Prophet

Delirium is a young black girl with blue hair in tight, frizzy curls, who looks relatively normal at first glance. However, she is far from human, as shown by the dark edges of her bright blue eyes which pulsate unevenly whenever she conducts direct Prophet duties. When dressing, she tends to prefer aesthetic appeal over practicality, but her quick wit and combat skills make up for it most of the time.

As a Prophet, she is pretty mysterious. With her origins and intentions shrouded in secrets, and her calm determination and measured attitude in combat, she seems scarily competent at first. However, she is easily confused by things that don’t directly relate to her quest, as she has no knowledge of anything else. Delirium enjoys having fun and spending time with friends, but is bad at expressing it; she always seems very serious. She loves physical activities and constructive, mechanical pursuits most of all.

Delirium was created with an innate knowledge of Byzantine Greek fire, and the physical capability to carry out her quest. She occasionally has instinctual premonitions a few seconds into the future, and can also receive - but not initiate - direct communication from Dimons.

Spawned at the ideal age to carry out her quest, as all Prophets are, she was granted complete innate knowledge of Byzantine Greek fire at the moment of her creation. Being brand new to life, she has no knowledge that doesn’t relate to her quest, and no family to guide her, so is easily confused by her planet and culture. As a Prophet, she was created for the sole purpose of spreading her knowledge and carrying out her quest - in her case, she has to pass on the secrets of Greek fire to one particular government official, avoiding capture and assassination along the way.

One of the first things she did upon creation was to build her cheirosiphon (portable Greek fire flamethrower). It has served her well ever since, protecting her from those who try to impede her quest.
