A Captain of the Dewclaws, Kit Kisse has been in service to Mewt Mavet for longer than most Maweth citizens have been alive. The leader of Those Who Shear, the ritual harvesting of new Flame within Chellabra falls to Kisse and his subordinates; they travel across the continent and painlessly remove Flame from newborns and bring them to Mewt, as is his supposed divine right. Kisse is attributed with inventing this secret, obscure method of shearing Flame without killing the host, and is very particular about who he trusts with the information, even within his branch of the Dewclaws.
Among the other Captains, he's erratic, energetic, nosy, and maybe a bit obnoxious. He especially loves teasing Luxorvania, comfortable in his important position and knowledge enough to risk poking that sleeping bear. Thankfully, Kisse's job means he's not in Innercity often - which is good, as he and Lux would grate each other's nerves down to the bone otherwise.
