Moveset: Leech Seed, Energy Ball, Aerial Ace, Fly

Personality: She is always adorable, even when she's not trying! Basil always tries to use her wings, even though the highest she can go is up to shoulder-level if she is starting from the ground. She has special powers that can make berries grow very quickly, (see backstory) and she loves using that power to make berries for her Pokemon community. Berries are her favorite thing to eat, and she says things like "Berries taste best when you grow them yourself" or "The best berries need love and care." However, she is very short-sighted and is quick to judge. She is also very impatient and can't stay still for a period of time. She is also very stubborn and hates being bossed around. This leads to her both being a great leader & becoming naive.

Backstory: Basil got her berry growing powers and wings from many generations of Lilligant/flying type combinations to try and make the most powerful pokemon possible. However, being quite useless battling wise, she was released into the wild, where a sympathetic scientist led her to a secret enclosed area in the woods where a community of wild grass type pokemon lived, where she was widely accepted. She got her name, Basil, from first realizing her plant-powers by healing a dried up Basil leaf. She assumes the powers of hers were gained by her mother being fed genetically modified berries to make her grow.
