Oreus

Oreus is a commander in the Umpras, a sort of intergalactic Blue Helmets. His favourite part of the job is humanitarian aid, bringing food/medicine/resources to isolated or war-torn colonies. He sometimes dispatches smaller vessels to check in with Anzee's mining crew and make sure that their explosives are safely stored and that they're only blowing up what they're supposed to.
