This design was originally created in 2008, it was my first official mascot on deviantART.

I recommend only drawing his 'current' look

A dragon who flies softly in the skies, leaving a beautiful but temporary cloud trail of sparkles behind him.
During his sidereal form, he have the ability to summon minion stars that gently chime. Not the most useful ability, but it sure looks and sounds beautiful.

He sometimes mingles with mortals, taking a keen interest in their daily woes and hardships, wishing to help.

He is one of the weaker of his kin, but that doesn't bother him.
