Vincent is a somber and world-weary character, vis been through a lot of shit and just wants to be one with nature and not deal with the world, but a strong sense of obligation to help those in need keeps drawing vir back into a d v e n t u r e (trauma). Vi is a kind but melancholy person.

Vincent grew up in like a really culturally teifling small village, very connected to their feindish ancestry and very much "teiflings Are just evil actually and we love that shit" culture, but Vincent was just like, oh man fuck that shit i am neutral good i do not want to be here i a going to the forest because i am so so sad that my family is evil

Vi kicked around the idea of running off to be a bard but is horrible at playing instruments and decided to stick with what vis good at and talk to some plants

Part of the reason vi was always so unsettled with vir teifling culture was because vi remembers a past life and have different sense of morality than the one vi was raised with, and that a big part of what drew vi to being a druid in this life is that it made vi feel connected to whoever reincarnated vir in the last life. Vi is a wanderer aimlessly searching forests hoping to find that person again, and this is just another place vis come to trying to find that person and gets caught up because of vir strong sense of obligation to help others.
