about: just a pal livin with endosymbiont plant matter that took over their insides!!!!!!!

the plants basically replaced most organs / muscle tissue, but still function towards keeping marco's body working properly. the plants try to mimic human internal structures, but it's still kinda just weird mush in there. 

in order for the plants to receive nutrients from the sun, there's a transparent window of flesh on marco's chest that allows sun to pass through. marco can never entirely cover their chest because it would basically suffocate them. 

despite how drastically this plant matter has changed marco, they're cool with it. all they have to do is drink a ton of water and take long naps in the sun; as long as they do that, then they can stay healthy and happy for a looooong time (they r basically immortal)

the only somewhat annoying side effect is that leaf like things often grows out of their skin, but they can trim those off if they want and it doesn't hurt at all

age: was infected by the plants sometime around their early 20's

personality: marco is very laid back... maybe a little too laid back. they can and will sleep in a tree for a week to avoid things they don't want to do. 

despite marco's relative lax nature they do tend to be a little smug / know it all, and they take pride in being Basically Immortal and won't hesitate to flaunt that fact. they have a lot of confidence! 

from afar, they're honestly really cool lookin. kinda like an untouchable Cool Kid(tm) that everyone wants to hang out with but are too nervous to approach. 

they have a hobby of modifying clothes to fit what their body needs. their other hobby is getting lost in the woods for absolutely no reason; they disappear a lot with no prior notice.
