Third child of Atem and Teana, Meryt has always felt the age -and importance- difference with her siblings, despite what her parents may say or do.
Luckily the birth of Senet right after hers gave her someone to bond with, but with anyone else Meryt has always been very reserved, being self-conscious of her birth defect.
What she hates the most is being judged by her meromelia (she was born without her left arm) as different from others and unable to do what everyone else can, so she grew up to be rebellious and loving going out and exploring, getting in all kinds of trouble.
She denies any kind of help, for how good natured it may be, and picked up cooking as hobby, which her father frowns upon (he's mainly worried she may hurt herself).
Unaware of Sekhmet's plans, but still feels there's something wrong with her sister...
