Cemmy

Harboring a strong Flame, Cemmy is able to read and alter people's memories with a single touch - all without them realizing. Though this is a feat that most mind-focused mages are capable of, Cemmy's Flame is unique in that it leaves absolutely no traces of mind-altering. Well aware of the power he wields, Cemmy is egotistical and bratty, often boasting of his usefulness to the Agency (among other Agency members aware of his abilities) and subtly hinting to his powers to civilians and low ranks. He begrudgingly respects Quinten - aware that if he steps out of line, Quinten will be there to very forcibly put him back.
