The Beginning
Soren Lockridge is born in the capital city, (name); being the youngest in a family of four with a set of parents and an elder brother. His family knew he'd be great when he was born with two Sentic Abilities, and he was pushed to be better than others. This put a wedge between himself and his family, and he found comfort in Sonia Vinette, a girl who lived in the neighborhood.
His first ability is Picture Perfect, the ability to recall memories with pinpoint accuracy. His second ability is Healer's Stone, a sort of play on the Philosopher's Stone. He can heal others, but with three catches. He cannot heal himself, he cannot heal those that are mortally wounded and he cannot heal death.
Soren was no disappointment, and he found himself in academy before he even hit eighteen years old. He spends much of his time going out to do field research, hoping to create new potions and medicines to cure ailments. It's his goal that the people should have access to medicine and not have to beg and pay a scant few for their health.
His achievements allowed him to pick a Cortia, bestowed on him by Renaldo. All this was for naught though, as Soren would find himself on the wrong side of the law. But ignoring every fiber in his being to obediently lay down for authority meant he began to unravel the truth behind his kingdom and the world around them.
