DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

You are agreeing to these terms whether you commission me, or obtain a design by me!

♡ You may not edit / alter / change my work without my permission. (if you want to edit a design please ask me first!)

♡ You may resell, or trade!

♡ You may not profit off my designs, or sell the design for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork.

♡ You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.

♡ After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design. (this even includes if you have commissioned art of it afterwards.)

♡ You may not sell designs from me that were a trade, or a gift. (they may be traded, or gifted) 

♡ You may NOT trade or sell one of my designs to someone who is on my blacklist. No exceptions.

Any fetishes of any kind 

Any sexual interaction with my boyfriends character or mine. ( you will be immediately blacklisted for asking ) 

If you are blacklisted from me you are NOT ALLOWED to commission, art trade or own any adopts or characters that i make or have. Do not ask to be taken off the answer is NO.

 Customs on refs.

I use a mix of ref sheets between pay to use and free to use. Ref sheet prices start at $15 and go up depending on complexity. You MUST have a clear description of what you want or i won't be able to understand thus the result of me declining. 

Do NOT beg, pester, guilt trip ect into me doing a custom whether it be any type of commission. If you do it will result in a blacklist.
