Personality wise, she typically is on the quieter side. She prefers to take a passive role in situations, providing support to who needs it rather than getting involved in a major way. She also likes to cling to people she knows in social settings. However, while on the surface she may be seeming to listening during conversation, half the time she's very distracted due to her ability. She's lived with spirits whispering around her for pretty much her whole life, mostly snippets of bygone conversation that doesn't make much sense.
Addie has issues with concentration, and really is bad at procrastination. She prefers to do either things that interest her or nothing at all, and things that interest her usually include video games. She's notoriously bad at keeping paperwork on schedule, but Evie usually checks on her in that aspect.
She is very nice when the others get her to open up to them, usually mirroring their moods and giving solid advice. Her healer nature tends to get her into some trouble when she gives advice when it's unwarranted, but usually what she says is useful or true. She's very competent at putting herself in other's shoes.
Addie has the ability to channel latent spiritual energy in her current environment, functioning similar to a magical battery; she can freely convert this energy into positive energy or negative energy. Positive energy when applied causes a healing effect, which requires skin contact (usually through the hands). Negative energy is the opposite, causing damage to an enemy or her surroundings.
When she uses her power, her vision lapses into something similar to infrared vision, except she can see shapes and trails of certain types of energy, whether it be latent spiritual ones or magical energy. This vision allows her to also view magical energy buildup in beings and objects. She can also talk to intelligent spirits who have retained enough of their energy to have consciousness. These are rare and are typically former magic users as well.
She can channel this energy, but she cannot store it for long periods of time. Otherwise it stagnates and becomes both useless and she experiences symptoms such as vertigo and nausea.
