Considered the white witch of the trio, despite him not actually being fully a 'good witch', moreso a very neutral witch who only does harm to others if he truly needs to for whatever reason. Aside from that he does not enjoy harming others or mixing up into any chaos. Cecil is also a very good cinnadog to go to for comfort, advice and simply venting to as he is a very good listener. Soft in appearance and attitude, but he packs a powerful punch if pushed too far, or if anyone he cares for is harmed. Cecil and Devin are quite opposite in personalities and morals, but they used to be a romantic relationship, surprisingly.
