Neeko is a young dragon that got spit out in a small tear in the universe. Shee lacks fully devloped fire sacks, while she can generate small fire balls and sparks she cant fully breath smoke as she is too young.
Shes's smimilar in size to a small domestic short hair cat and is quite smart, she will understand if you instult her and you will get burned or bit of it.
