Fogslay can mostly be found wandering around the Swamp region. No one knows if he has family there or what his purpose is. Slay only ever uses his Sound Manipulation to reduce the frequency of sounds around him to get around more quietly. He's extremely shy and avoids interactions. Locals do not see him as a threat; however, he will emerge of the shadows to assist anyone in distress, but will do so without speaking, unless collaboration is crucial to solving the situation.
Fog has a noticeable stutter caused by social anxiety; it becomes less pronounced when he is relaxed.
Should you manage to befriend him, he may show you his secret garden where he stores all the plant specimens he finds on his journeys. He enjoys bird-watching and bug-catching and is vegetarian.
(Fogslay someday becomes the adoptive son of Difèrne and Baroque, and moves to the town of where he manages a greenhouse.)
