The Rise of Storm Talis

The Olympic Packs’ origin is one of fascinating beginnings...

Born inside of Wyoming's esteemed national park, Yellowstone. Storm was raised within a small family unit, the Talis Peak Pack. 

She had a prosperous upbringing, and in her youth amounted to be a successful provider for her family.

Once a highly accomplished young adult, Storm ventured beyond the familiar threshold of Yellowstone, leaving behind her heartland to explore new horizons.

Aspiring to lead a pack of her own.

It was a long and mostly solus journey through unfamiliar terrain. Over 1400 kilometers, with only optimism as her guide. Storm travelled through Wyoming, Montana and to what would be her final destination:  Washington. 

Along her journey, she met Kai Khaido. A young wolf like herself, from The Khaido Pack. A proud and powerful unit, they were not to be taken lightly. Kai had caught wind of Storm in Khaido territory and set out to confront whatever "threat" awaited him. He arrived confrontational and cocksure as ever with his escorts in toe- but taken aback by the feminine beauty that stood before him. Timid and less confrontational, Storm was swift to deescalate the tension between the four and flee with her life, at the mercy of Kai Khaido. She continued on her journey disheartened by the unpleasant mockery of the mysterious strangers compatriots, and feeling the pangs of loneliness more than ever. 

Storm found herself taken by surprised when the dark stranger appeared before her later that night. She was not easily trusting of Kai, After their previous encounter left her jaded. It took some time for Kai to convince Storm that he was worthy of her faith. But after some time becoming acquainted, the pair assumed a close comradery and would share the remainder of the journey to their finale destination, a mystical place: the Olympic Peninsula.

A vast 3,734 square Kilometers of temperate rainforest and coastlines. Teeming with wildlife. A landscape home to equally dangerous and impressive creatures on both land and sea. 

 A place plentiful and untamed.

In a land untouched by wolves for more than a century, the pair were elated by the idea of setting down roots here. But they were not alone... The Clearwater Pack were a large group of wolves familiar to the area, they had claimed it months ago. Displeased by the arrival of stranger wolves, they were nothing short of unpleasant. Stood before her were three

In the face of impending conflict, storm pleaded for sanctuary for both herself and Kai, and in return they would be a promising asset to their pack.
