KNOWN HISTORY:
#3705, since renamed 'Miami', showed behavioral issues not long after his inital creation-- predominately that to do with impulse control and general disruptiveness. Further evalutation was needed before he was released to his owner(s). Commissioned by a small Bayot company, Playtime Co., Miami was meant to be a mascot for their small arcade restaurant, Cheeseburgers & More.
Following his initial release, Miami was sent back so his design could better fit the arcade's aesthetic.
While guest engagement and feedback was broadly positive, management had difficulty getting Miami to behave in a generally 'professional' manner. Foul language, lewd gestures, and a 'problem with authority' were all cited as regularly occuring problems in follow-up reports sent to Gremcorps, and subsequent disciplinary measures seemed to have little effect on his actions thereafter. Things came to a head when Miami began getting into legal trouble, and Playtime Co. decided to cut ties not long after his third infraction.
With several outstanding warrants, it's advised to keep a close eye on him. #3674 has been dispatched. --#3185
Following his surrender back to Gremcorp, he was purchased by Ian Galkin, CEO of Royal Entertainment Inc. His exact reasoning for it seems relatively dubious (officially under his payroll as a 'music entertainer'), but Miami has since been the suspect in several strings of crime, though charges have a mysterious habit of not sticking. In his general day-to-day, he appears to have very little interaction with Mr. Galkin himself, and predominately deals with #0652 ('Locke'), as well as the other employees at The Grand Golden Hotel & Casino (and several other buildings owned by Royal Entertainment Inc).
