Born in Dalham, England in 1872 to Mary Trenowyth and her husband Phillip. Had an older sister named Sally.
He was born much too early and much too sickly, something that contributed to his physical appearance of being smaller than the other boys his age. It led to him being picked on so much that his mother decided to take him with her to a summer job at an Earl’s estate. Was often (both insultingly and otherwise) compared to a doll, or described as being like “a girl” by those around him due to his dark hair, large eyes and waif-like appearance.
It unfortunately garnered the attention of an abuser that worked as a servant of the Grey Manor, setting off a chain of events that led to his “death” and subsequent rebirth. What was born went on to paint an entire countryside blood red ; a blight that plagued both vampirekind and humans ever since.
