Lance heads the Military branch of Evermutt Labs. He rules the test subjects with an iron fist, and doesn't take any backtalk or wrong behavior. He takes in a small amount to train from birth, some of which become basic lab guards and some become more personal bodyguards and specialized infantry. Supernova was his personal attack dog, and she never left his side for nearly the entire time she was at the lab. After she escaped, he found a replacement in Scallop, but he still wants Supernova back.

He doesn't have any patience for weakness, and isn't above sending his attack dogs to incapacitate or even kill any potential escapees. He also loves telling people what to do and delights in giving orders.

He is the father of Billie, and doesn't even have any slack for her. He holds her to a very high standard and expects her to take his place someday.
